Description:
Our phone cameras have become the most easily and readily accessible tools, and are extremely capable of making beautiful photographs. During these four weeks, we will establish a sustainable method of organizing your images and understanding your settings, introduce fundamental elements of photography, photographing people, and making pictures in various lighting scenarios (indoor, outdoor, night, etc.) - all on your smartphone camera!
This workshop is ideal for anyone who would like to advance their skills using their smartphone camera (you know who you are!). Feel confident this holiday season taking print-worthy family photographs and capturing special moments to remember forever.
Each class will include a balance of informational lectures and discussions, reflecting on each other’s work in a low-pressure safe space, and hands-on (optional) practical assignments. Additional PDF resources will be provided to participants as long-term reference materials.
